Now you can play three classic games at once
Pong, one of [if not] the oldest electronic games ever made, is still making its rounds to gamers and game developers around the world. Throughout the years, there have been many variations of pong, tile-based 2D shooters, and more, but one has recently surfaced that combines three great classics into one incredible 2D adventure.
Meet Pacapong, a mash-up of Pong, Pac-Man, and Space Invaders for a devilishly difficult 2D two player game, available in 1080p at 60 fps. Players have to bat the ball through a Pac-Man maze, hoping it doesn't get eaten by a ghost, while shooting Space Invader aliens and dodging barrels from Donkey Kong at the same time. What?!? Hope you've practiced your multitasking skills!
Pacapong was developed by kingPenguin and is available for Windows, OSX, and Linux. kingPenguin has also developed other games including a top-view 2D soccer game as well as a fun mini-golf game.
